375 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 375 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 375 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 375. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use 375 services in any capacity.
This platform is fully online and intended for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 375 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- 375 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.
All information provided during registration is subject to a verification process. We reserve the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity at any time.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 375 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use automated software (bots) to place bets or conduct transactions is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
- Disrupting the technical operations of the platform or attempting to access restricted areas of the system.
- Sharing inappropriate or threatening content with other users through any channel on the platform.
- Transferring account balances or winnings to a third party without written authorisation.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of any associated balance or winnings.
4Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 375 platform are processed in Malaysian currency (Ringgit Malaysia, RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX (online bank transfer) and TNG eWallet, as well as other methods displayed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy displayed in your account.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process before approval.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same user's name.
- 375 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for certain accounts.
- Any wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions will be stated separately in the relevant promotion terms.
375 is not responsible for delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
375 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or if required to do so by the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a violation, any unclaimed balance or winnings may not be returned, depending on the circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
The 375 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 375 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages incurred by users.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 375 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 375 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 375 platform may contain references to third-party services such as game software providers or payment processors. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or content of any such third parties. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
375 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 375 platform shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless an alternative dispute resolution agreement exists between both parties.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions of this document shall continue in full force and effect.
